We have every confidence in our products; however, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement (for hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable).
In the first instance please email us at email@example.com within 7 working days of receipt of the goods detailing reason for return and providing name and reason for your return.
The goods must be in their original condition with packaging and labels intact. Returns should be sent by post to All At Sea, 232 – 233 Kings Road Arches, Brighton, BN1 1NB (at the buyer’s expense). We regret that postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will be happy to replace them.
